  • At least 3 months of Functional Fitness training

  • A basic understanding of most movements

  • A 1:1 intro refresher session

New to functional fitness

A full introduction to Functional Fitness:

  • FREE movement screen

  • Discussion of goals, training background, availability & more

  • Two 1:1 sessions with an experienced coach

  • Assigned a support coach for accountability & safety
